FREELANCING FROM CHANDIGARH

What Chandigarh is known for, and what it means for your bid.

Chandigarh, with neighbouring Mohali and Panchkula, has a surprising number of web and mobile development agencies for its size. Many of them were built almost entirely on overseas freelance platforms. When the agency next door has the same skills as you, your positioning is what sets you apart.

Web & software development

What clients screen forA finished project in the same stack, and some sign that you read the technical brief properly. Clients in this category have often been let down by a developer who said yes to everything.

How we open the proposalName the stack and the hardest part of the brief in your first two lines. Link one build that's close to it and say what the first milestone would deliver.

Mobile app development

What clients screen forApps that are live in the App Store or on Google Play, and a clear answer on native or cross-platform. A store link does more for you than any description of your skills.

How we open the proposalStart with a published app of the same kind. Say which platforms you'd build for and why, and raise the store-review or backend risk before the client has to ask.

Digital marketing & SEO

What clients screen forProof of a result on a similar account, with the starting point shown. Marketing clients are wary of screenshots with no context, and of anyone who promises rankings.

How we open the proposalOpen with one thing you noticed about the client's own site or ads. Follow it with a past result, before and after, and say what you'd check in the first week.
